This extension is useful for not having to leave gmail and quickly add deals, but it does have a small quirk that makes it really annoying: Super useful to adding contacts, however once you've sent a mail it's impossible to add the deal as the panel defaults to the sender of the last email. Would be great if this would activate on hover over an e-mail address instead of by the last mail.

I have been using Pipedrive SAles CRM for about 3 years. My business depends on this easy to use and easy to implement software. The technical support team is very responsive and open to suggestions. The ability to have access to my CRM on my mobile phone is such a bonus. The activities list created for each day allows me to know when my work is done and when I can go play. I manage a salesforce of over 300 people and I recommend they implement Pipedrive from Day-1. If you are serious about follow-up and follow-through, Pipedrive makes it easy to know what you have done, what you need to do and when you need to do it. Get it.

Pipedrive makes managing different deals super easy! Our real estate agency have been using Pipedrive now for 2 years. Het is heel intuïtief, overzichtelijk, bespaart tijd en zorgt ervoor dat je goed overzicht hebt over wat er aan saleskansen uitstaat. Je kunt zien waar kansen vandaan komen, acties instellen om mensen te bellen of te mailen, notities maken, mailtjes in Pipedrive hangen met een speciale link, scoringskansen hangen aan deals, handige statistieken laten zien, etc, etc. Ik kan het jullie van harte aanraden!

Pipeline does what it says on the box, and does it brilliantly. I'm using it to manage deal flows on production finance for TV & Film. These are complex parallel deals involving many potential partners. Pipeline gives me a single overview of the stage my deals are at, and lists of next tasks. No hesitation, no creating todo lists. It's dead easy to set up a unique pipeline and to customise contact fields. The iPhone app is rock solid, and can be used for direct phone dialling and note tacking. I recommend Pipeline without hesitation.
