Workout应用简介

Workout makes interval training a breeze.

Play your favorite music while running intervals. Music is muted during the breaks.

Ideal for:

* Interval training
* Circle Training
* Any kind of workout

Select the music you want to play from your music library. Select a workout with work and rest times. Tap the play button and your workout starts. Have fun!

You can create your own workouts with ease.

Settings that can be switch on or off:
* Play beep sound when the interval changes.
* Gradually increase and decrease the music volume.
* No silence between music tracks.

IMPORTANT
For the music to play, all songs must have been downloaded on the phone.
