The phone I purchased is great and the plan is manageable. The service area is great, no need to worry about the coverage area at all! The manager of the store was very helpful and I’d recommend anyone to join!!

I was offered a deal with buyout my phone. I was never sent a return envelope I sent my own phone I don’t know why they needed my phone when my new service should’ve been with new iPhone . I sent in my sent by regular mail, now that I mailed in my phone T-MobileIs saying that they never received my phone which honestly I don’t even know why I had to send in my phone when it was mine complete and now my phone monthly do use went up I don’t know why and I have email and talk to people customer service and at this point I still have not given a reason why I’m paying this extra money when I sent my phone and I don’t even know why I had to send in my phone because when I signed up it was for new service with a free iPhone. Done

T-Mobile provides good service overall but sometimes the signal can get real sketchy, even when my bars are up in certain locations...my internet connection will be pending and time out. This happens from time to time.

Mobile associates : Emma, Miguel, Jun Manager : Joshua This store was formerly Sprint. I opened an account with 2 lines. Also I brought my friend who opened 2 lines a week ago. We both transferred from AT&T. I was with AT&T for 13 years until Sept 2020. During these two weeks these 3 associates and the manager helped me with questions either in person or by phone. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Customer service with the T-mobile app is the worst. I have been trying for more the a YEAR to get a coverage issue cleared up but apparently the agent I originally started a chat with is gone and the app won’t let me start a chat with anyone else. I just get non-delivery errors, even on new issues the chat log still just shows the errors and trys to connect to the same agent so at this point there is no customer service with the t-mobile app for me.

So after the last update or two I have been unable to login to the app. Tells me something went wrong. However I can login to the website using my password jus fine.

This garbage app doesn’t allow me to pay my bill.

First

My bill originally was on sep 21st but a few days before I changed it so that it was split into 2 different payment in October. I even got a confirmation text that it was changed. So I woke up yesterday morning saying $100 was withdrawn from my account. Due to covid 19 I’ve had to budget down to the last penny, now I can’t pay my electricity bill tomorrow. I went on the online chat and explained my situation and how the app was acting wonky. The manager CANDACE gave me a lot of attitude and simply said that the app was having some system issues and can’t do anything about it. Said that the refund will be within the week. Now what am I supposed to do? Put your chances on paying over the phone because you’ll just wake up the next morning with your money withdrawn from your account.

T-Mobile has gone down the gutter ever since the merger with Sprint! I used to love it especially after being with Verizon for 18 years. Now, I have the worst service everywhere even in places I used to have service. I’ve been stranded in unknown locations because I couldn’t get a signal to use my GPS on more than a handful of times. And now, to add to the list, I can’t log into the app because it says my password is incorrect and it won’t let me change it through the app so I’ll log on to the website and change it then go back to the app and it still confused to say that the password is incorrect. Or it’ll say “Sorry, something you entered does not match our records. Please try again.” I’m seriously contemplating going back to Verizon if T-Mobile doesn’t remove their head out of their arses soon. 🤬

We have gotten the 55+ plan for my husband and I. It is saving us so much money every month now. We have all the perks we had with at&t. The 5G and unlimited everything! Couldn’t be happier unless they let me win the new camper they have up on the sweepstakes giveaway lol! I visit my t-mobile app every Tuesday to take advantage of my thank you freebies! The free sandwich offerings are the bomb. Couldn’t be more happier with the choice I made to switch to this great carrier. Thank you

I just switched to T-Mobile for my service provider and I’m looking forward to a good long relationship with T-Mobile. Was very pleased with the service that Melissa the sales rep from the Belleville location provided to my wife and I. She has worked for T-Mobile for only 3 years and she was absolutely amazing.

Always something wrong with the app loading

When ever I log in through the app it says "it's notyet ready for me and redirects me to the website. I have noway of getting into the app at all.

The app never worked. It kept telling me that I have an ID already. So I changed the password and it kept telling me there was something wrong on their end. I wanted the app because I had called in previously to get pricing on a third line for my plan. After 45 minutes on hold and then 20 minutes talking to a rep that only wanted to sell me a phone, I never got an answer on my one question of how much for a third line. Then the kicker was when a supervisor named Dan called when I was on another call and left a voicemail saying that since I didn’t answer his call then that means the bad representative that I talked to must have done a wonderful job. I think I’m going to switch back to Verizon. It may cost more but I never had an issue with anyone I talked to there.

The app has been down for months now. I wish they would fix it, I can’t imagine it would be too difficult. Paying online is kinda a pain every month and I couldn’t figure out how to set up automatic payments (prepaid plan).

Stupid app won’t let you log in. Also won’t let you just browse phones and plans without logging in. Stupid data stealing company. Did you know they track your device sensor movement. What sleazy excuse does T-Mobile have for that? Also many times when you do a phone call or text message you immediately get a spam call after. You can’t tell me they don’t still sell your real time info to scammers.
