Been a member of KFCU for 13+ years, but after the latest app update, I'm not able to log in! Getting an error message stating "The provided credentials do not match our records. Please try again." However, the same username and password work on the web app. Will update my rating once fixed!

Been getting the message “We’re sorry! Our system is experiencing difficulties preventing you from logging in. Please try again later.”, and it provides two options “Log Out” and “Retry”. Have no problems logging in via website with exact same username and password. So, what gives with the App?!?

I have never been disappointed with the service and products offered by Keesler Federal Credit Union. Purchased my car with a zero complaint car loan and when I needed some emergency cash to remove a massive oak tree they came through in record time. Their web site eliminates the need to ever have to go into the bank. FIRST CLASS!!!!!

I’ve had the app for year and only started having trouble with the Face ID recently. It will force read my face as my password and then transition to the KFCU screen and freezes. The app won’t let me verify my identify due to it freezing every time I exit to retrieve the code required to enter my own account. Currently am unable to see my account balance and it is a huge inconvenience. Please get it to work ASAP. What’s the point of having the app if you don’t keep up with the bugs. I’ve been dealing with this problem on and off all of 2020. FIX IT
