StubHub: Event Tickets

I’m still waiting on tickets to the event that I purchased. Stubhub makes it so difficult to contact their agents.

Have the app date changed on when I can receive tickets they had other tickets that were instant they said because it was a big seller I had to wait I have bought championship tickets from them last year I would like someone to reach out to me

I find myself updating same info multiple times....

Stub hub is a complete fraud. They tout that your tickets are guaranteed, but then when covid came along they went back on that guarantee. I had $1,400 worth of MLB opening day tickets purchased with my corporate card for business entertainment. After the event was finally deemed cancelled stubhub refused to refund the money for the tickets. Instead they offered a 120% credit towards a future purpose. There are no games with fans for the foreseeable future. I paid and did not receive what I paid for and they wont’t refund. That is FRAUDULENT.

Lying cheating fraudulent horrible company. Never again. They lost a longtime dedicated customer. I am glad I have other choices in the future

They claimed to have taken my earnings and sent them to the California Unclaimed Property Department. There is no recollection in the state of California’s database that they did so....

Wish I could leave a more garbage review but one star is the minimum. I had purchased tickets to a college football game at OU. StubHub cancelled the tickets out of nowhere while I raced to find out if the game had been cancelled. Sure enough, the game was still on going and I had no tickets. When tickets became available to purchase again, I had to purchase new and more expensive ones while StubHub threw in a $100 “service fee”. You can take your 120% credit and shove it if you’re going to make it back in already outrageous service fees. The monopoly they have over the entertainment industry should be illegal.

Stubhub changed their policy AFTER I purchased tickets from them with the guarantee that you get your money back if the event is canceled. They have since changed their policy to no money back and instead you get a coupon that will likely expire before shows resume. I’ll never use them again and with any luck, the lawsuits will take the company.

I have $+2,000 stub hub credit from the pandemic. Just bought 1 ticket for <$200 and had to pay by credit card.

StubHub are complete criminals. They are stealing $2000 for me for canceled nfl games. They act like they’re doing a favor by giving a credit for future events. I don’t go to any concerts all I wanted was these two NFL games in my town and there’s no guarantee that they’ll be playing in my town next year. I’ll be disputing on my credit card and getting my money back. I will never ever buy anything through stubhub again

We bought tickets for a Melanie Martinez concert that was supposed to happen in late November, 2019. It was postponed many many times, but recently it was actually cancelled. We were supposed to be refunded but the person that we bought the tickets from got our money AND the refund money. What did we get, you may ask? We got Stubhub credit that can be spent on another concert or sports event or whatever. WHO THE HELL IS GONNA GO TO ANOTHER CONCERT WITH THE VIRUS RIGHT NOW?! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. HORRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH STUBHUB.

Horrible business practices! Holding funds from sellers for concerts 1 1/2 years away. I imagine interest on all our money is enormous! Shame on your company!

They changed their return policy after the fact and don’t give refunds. Ticketmaster is a much safer choice.

Many errors involved in selecting payment and getting auto signed out while attempting to buy tickets.

In the age of COVID with events readily cancelled, I wouldn't trust this company to buy any event ticket.

Purchased tickets back in September 2019 for April 2020 show. Show was cancelled and now they won’t honor the money-back guarantee. Only issued a 120% coupon. Will not be using StubHub to purchase tickets again.

Stubhub isn’t providing a refund for tickets to the show I bought. It was cancelled due to the pandemic. They’re only providing me a credit. I don’t want a credit I want a full refund. This is ridiculous!

Just called customer service asking for a refund for a cancelled event and Stubhub said they can’t provide refunds. Pretty difficult to understand how they could take my money well in advance of the event, but can’t give it back two months after the original event date. I get they have ticket sellers on the other side— they need to go get the money back from the seller to refund the buyer. I didn’t buy a ticket to finance stubhub’s business! Do the right thing and refund customers’ money for canceled events.

DO NOT USE STUBHUB. I have tickets to a baseball game on April 5th that was canceled because of coronavirus and I still have not received my money back. They are now telling me I can expect it back in September, 5 months after the games and 7 months after I purchased my tickets. this is completely unacceptable.

You guys are the worst. A stingy business model especially through a pandemic my concert has been rescheduled twice and is now a year out but instead of letting me get a coupon or money back “ policy is that the show must be cancelled “ trash. How you treat people speaks volumes we know where you guys stand.

Lower prices and great service .

Purchase tickets to Lifehouse and googoo dolls in July. Lifehouse isn’t coming anymore. Date has changed to August. I can’t make it. I want my $200 back. Seems like only option is to try to resell. Not fair. Not right.

Super angry Stub Hub is not giving refunds due to cancelations like other ticket vendors! I just used the credit to purchase NFL tickets so hopefully they won't get canceled!

i bought 2 bts concert tickets in jan 25 then the concert got cancelled bc of the pandemic and their only response is to sell the tickets.Who would waste almost 600 dollars for a concert during this pandemic??? the concert is probably getting canceled and i’d rather just get my money back:/

Stub hub has taken no responsibility for the impact of Covid-19 cancelations on ticket buyers. Events keep getting pushed out. They won’t give you a refund and say “you can resell your tickets” TICKETS THAT WILL NEVER SELL to and event that will never happen. Horrible experience, so not trust them with your money.

I never write any reviews but! I bought two tickets for Coachella and the event is CANCELLED and StubHub is claiming that the event has been RESCHEDULED. There for StubHub won't refund me. You can bet that I am NEVER using StubHub again. Such rats

I bought tickets to lovers&friends festival back in February before the coronavirus and stay at home order I called asking for a refund and they wouldn’t give me the refund. They said I need a valid reason and now can’t get the refund at all. And concert got cancelled and instead of giving the option to get a refund or give a coupon like other places they gave me a coupon. Never using this useless app to buy tickets again

I will never use stubhub again! During all this pandemic stuff they offered me a 120% coupon for my game that got cancelled....I owe people money for that game. For a concert that’s over a year away, my only choice is to resell the tickets....but I won’t even get the money from reselling the tickets until 5-8 days after the event happens. So therefore I wouldn’t get my money for over a year! And then the tickets would have been sold twice!

I like how the fan guarantee can be changed after your purchase. Zero chance of refund for cancelled shows that are rescheduled more than a year out.

Purchased 1600 dollars worth of tickets, show got cancelled, I paid for a group and now they won’t refund me since show for cancelled. Never again will I do business with stubhub.

If a show is postponed. Customer should receive their rightful refund.

Works way to buy tickets outside the states , hire them if you want to loose your money.

Will never utilize again due to poor handling of refunds during pandemic. Company states refunds will be given and then stops refunds. There is no fan promise or fan protection. Customer service lies and when disputes with credit card companies are made due to Stubhub lying account is closed as retaliation. Buyers beware going forward.

COVID-19 has cancelled a lot of our plans. Stubhubs new policy to only give buyers 120% credit to their account through the end of 2021 isn’t good enough. This pandemic is going to last well into 2021 and events as they were aren’t going to return to normal any time soon. Stubhub should be offering FULL, CASH REFUNDS to buyers who want one. I will not be purchasing tickets from stubhub in the future, as long as my money isn’t reimbursed. I expect thieves in the US government, but their companies should at least provide customer service.

Don’t use stubhub. I bought tickets for a concert that got rescheduled for a year later. They don’t offer refunds for anything! Only option is to sell the tickets after you already paid a service fee to purchase the tickets. Then they also want to charge you another fee to sell the tickets. Bunch of crooks

I purchased tickets back in March for a Cubs game. The game is now canceled and MLB is issuing refunds. I go to get my refund from StubHub and they are only issuing vouchers for 120% that expire in December 2021. It’s sad they are not giving people their money back in the wake of the Covid19 pandemic and one of the worst economic crisis. Will never use them again.

I bought Lady Gaga show ticket with fund from bank however the show gets cancelled. Stubhub only refund coupon code for the amount I paid for the tickets with expiry date 1/1/2022. No refund to my bank account and swallowed my money :(

It was extremely easy to use this app.

Stubhub is not only a horrible app but a terrible service. They will take money from your account without authorization and say that it is policy. The app doesn’t provide options to make buying or selling tickets easy at all. Terrible

I have used stub hub many many times now my team stadium and others as well they are amazing and I will only use them now!!!! Always good seats pretty good prices!!!

During this pandemic, stubhub stance has been laughable to say the least. They’re still not refunding money from baseball games that never took place and already claim they will not refund NFL games in case they’re cancelled unless state law requires them to. There are plenty other options for tickets, don’t even bother downloading this one.
