This free application offers a totally new music experience, using more than 140 sound tracks produced by cutting edge artists mainly from US, Japan and also worldwide!
With a simple and intuitive visual interaction, you can create beautiful remixes in a snap, and share them to your friends and others as downloadable iPhone ringtones via Twitter or email!
All sounds sources and remixes are licensed under a Creative Commons license, so you can freely share and remix them for non-commercial purpose.
[About the INTO INFINITY project]
INTO INFINITY is an infinity themed art and music exhibition presented by dublab and Creative Commons. It is built on audio loops and circular canvases that are available online to the public for sharing, remixing, and resubmission.
For its expansion to Japan, the project has additionally collected “EAR” sound loops and “EYE” visual circles from Japanese sound and visual artists.
Creative Commons Japan, with the collaboration of the iPhone applicatuon publisher APPLIYA, has developed this application to celebrate this growth of the free audio visual culture, and to promote more intuitive and freer remix activities.
This application is developed by Kensuke Sembo from the internationally acclaimed media art duo Exonemo and Ages5&Up, an art&design collective well known for its witty yet solid interaction design.
