This has been amazing for years.... recently I haven’t been able to log in to refill my medications or even use my gps and pick my closest Walgreens to get it filled at. I’m beyond annoyed. I guess I’ll have to figure out how to call the store and refill it.

It’s slow, it’s bare bones. Nothing exceptional, it just does the basics.
I had to redo my photo order 3x from it crashing or freezing. That was pretty aggy but it finally went all the way the 3rd time.
It doesn’t support the standard swipe-to-go-back navigation gesture. Modals are inconsistent, don’t use the system UI, and often use a left arrow to dismiss (which only makes sense in a navigation hierarchy). Signing in doesn’t fully support password autofill, so I have to go hunt for my Walgreens password. Switch tabs and notice the search icon—it appears as 3 different sizes and positions. Did the testers not notice or did they not care? And on top of all that, how is this 302 MB in size? I know it has a lot of features, but even the Facebook app, which has equally invasive levels of tracking, is only 234 MB. You’re better off with the web site.

Love getting my pics of all sorts in the photo department. People are very helpful. Must have written that lengths ago. Recently this app isn’t working. I can’t order my prints..or other photo projects. I couldn’t put in a code. The code used to be on the top of photo page...all one had to do was tap it. Now this isn’t so Also it won’t retreated my photos from my device. Birthday time and I can’t do what I had planned with your photo dept...on line.

In the prescriptions are, can the year be added to what’s listed under Last Filled? Instead of just Feb 16, put 2/16/20 or Feb 16 ‘20?
I want to send my photos from my phone to Walgreens! Every time I go in the app and start selecting a couple photos, about 12 or so, it backs out to my Home Screen. I have tried it so many times, even on different devices and it does the same thing! Please fix.
Love the convenience of using my phone to order pictures and pick them up when they r ready. Very easy app to use. Pictures turned out really nice.
Used the app for the first time in a long time. Selecting and uploading pictures was so much easier and faster. Great job Walgreens.
Every time I make my order in the middle of selecting the pictures I want, it will exit out and I have to start all over again. Not cool especially when you have over 20 pictures
I wanted to order two different items (8x10 and magnet). It would not allow me to do it on the same order. Both we be available at my local store at a later time for one item (magnet). This was a real hassle!
Your photo app is great. Very quick and easy to use. However, at the top of the app there is a 30% discount coupon that expired February 28th, why would you leave an expired coupon on your web site? When I clicked on the coupon a box popped up telling me the discount was applied and when I was ready to check out I noticed it wasn’t showing a discount. I had to back track my order to click on the coupon details to find the expiration date. Obviously, the coupon was not a determining factor when ordering the pictures, it just made the process frustrating and take longer.
Printed half my pictures, the other half blank. Staff helped but a huge time waster. Not using the app again
When I order photos, Walgreen’s has been very efficient with my order and has always had order ready when they said it would be.
For more than a month, Walgreens has been touting its desire to vaccinate patrons. My spouse and I got the app, registered to receive Covid vaccine appointment updates, received updates inviting us to schedule — only to find NO appointments available for weeks. Today the app closed immediately upon opening. It failed 5 times so I deleted it and downloaded it again. Now it knows me, my address, prescription information, flu shot info — but not one single word about Covid-19 or vaccine appointments. How is this helpful?

Every time I try to Log in it says incorrect password. I try and reset and it takes forever to get a code. When I finally can reset THE NEXT LOG IN SAYS INCORRECT PASSWORD. I write the password down EVERY TIME! Please fix this garbage!!!!!!!
They old app would allow me to access the photos on my phone a lot more readily. If I have uploaded something to the Walgreens app and then want to upload another photo, I have to exit the app completely in order to be able to access my camera roll again. Please fix this!
Walgreens said I had a coupon. It disappeared conveniently when I went to check out. I had to upload 4 times bc the app just closed each time after cropping and making the photos perfect. Very frustrating. Next time I’ll use a different service.

I tried so many times until I could actually upload my photos. The app kept quoting on me.
I get the message “Sorry, your prescription status failed to load” with no explanation why or how to fix it, the developer needs to developer better. It worked fine previously.
I haven’t ordered prints in awhile and I can’t believe how efficient the app is these days!! Thanks for making ordering photos online a breeze!!

The manager tried to let me use the app to do photo printing. I spent time to upload photos as she requested. She came to me to say they can not print 8x8 and I said it is fine to pint 4x6. Then I waited for another 10 minutes and she said I need to do everything again. I said you should tell me earlier to save my time. She ask me to leave the store. I said you should not treat customers like this. She said I don’t care what you said.
The photo dept staff Brenda and Jeri are AWESOME!!!! Very great help doing my picture order. They are an asset to Walgreens.
I just use the app for the photos and it’s really easy to use and never have issues when I go in store to pick up my order
I should have used this app much sooner! Very easy to navigate, but I did have to select my photos twice. The only issue I had was I couldn’t return to a previous screen the first time, before submitting, and at one point I couldn’t scroll down to see the submit button. So, we’ll call that a learning session. The second time, I had no problems. The only other issue is with cropping a 4x4 when changing it to a 4x6. I couldn’t get the entire subject into the frame on one picture. Other than that, all was good.
I tried to submit a photo order multiple times and the app kept crashing in the middle of my order. I had to restart multiple times and it was very frustrating.
Sometimes it’s easy to go down the wrong rabbit hole while trying to order prints.
I love being able to use my mobile app to order my photos! They are always done in a timely manner.
