Have you ever met someone added their contact information into your phone, only to forget their name? Worry no more! Whenever you add a contact to your phone through Kontact, we record the date, so you will never have to worry about forgetting anyone again.

APPLY TAGS TO YOUR CONTACTS

Wouldn’t it be great to quickly pull up a list of your clients/friends in a specific city? What if you could easily blast out a text to them all? This is easy with Kontact! Simply create whatever Tags you want and apply them to your contacts, then use our powerful search to find people in your phone matching the Tags you select.

You can create whatever Tags you want, but here are a few examples:
* City – Miami, NYC, LA, etc.
* Clients – Cold Leads, Existing, Hot Leads, etc.
* Family – Extended, Immediate, Siblings, etc.

There are many benefits that Tags provide, including:
* Better mental clarity, knowing that your contacts will be organized and easy to find
* The ability to quickly send a mass text to a specific list of people

MASS TEXTING

Have you ever found yourself exhausted from copying and pasting the same text to multiple people? Organizing an event? Reaching out to clients? Promoting your upcoming show? Well thanks to Kontact you can rest easy! Kontact provides the easiest way to send a text to multiple people.

It can be as simple as a few clicks:
– Select to send a message.
– Select the people you want to send it to.
– Select (see Stored Messages section below) or type in the message you want to use.
– Send the message off to everyone!

STORED MESSAGES

Find yourself repeating messages and want an organized place to store them? Want to remember a good message to send in the future? Stored Messages is there to help.

Examples:
– You’re a fitness trainer and you want to periodically send a word of inspiration to your clients. You can create a Stored Message Category and store a bunch of motivational messages within it, so that in the future, when you want to reach out, you can quickly select and send one of those messages.
– You’re a business person or sales person and find yourself often texting your pitch. Store it so you can send it out more quickly in the future. You can also tailor it whenever you want or create multiple versions of it.
– Someone told you an effective line for online dating. Store it so you remember it for later.
