At TOWNPLACE you can use the app to book any Duo Social Space facilities and hospitality services; it also allows you to connect with other Towners on the MY TOWN Community. Specifically, at TOWNPLACE SOHO you can use your app to simply unlock your apartment door, turn on lights, and switch on the AC – anywhere you go!
About TOWNPLACE:
TOWNPLACE aims to create a personalized ‘OWN’ living experience for you, offering flexi-leasing options, with ‘Serviced Apartments’, ‘Furnished Apartments’ and ‘Unfurnished Apartments’. To personalize every stay, tenants can opt for monthly or yearly leasing plans, giving them a wide range of flexible choices.
The TOWNPLACE brand comprises two properties – TOWNPLACE KENNEDY TOWN and TOWNPLACE SOHO – both strategically situated in prime locations.
