I use an Keurig Coffee maker and I’m wondering how do I sign-up please help
Try to sign in and says for research only. I can’t do shut with this app. Figure I spend $180 on a coffee maker. I would hope the app would offer a way to connect and I could start to brew my coffee while waking up
Got a new brewer that I can’t use because the app will not function and continues to give me error messages. Thanks for the hunk of crap on my counter
I realize that this app is meant to provide information to Keurig. I have no problem with that. However, the app used to have some features that allowed me to change some brewer settings via the app instead of the brewer settings menu. It worked well. Not all other functions except WiFi connection menu have been removed. Why? Emailed customer care and never got an answer. Poor customer service
My app worked before but recently we lost power and I had to reconnect and it’s set but not brewing
I love this coffee maker. I received it for free and i don’t care that there wanting to know what flavors we drink in this household. Just getting it free is great for me. Yes mine runs off of my WiFi.
Great coffee machine.Easy to connect the WiFi.Will definitely be waiting for future updates to the app maybe with more functions.
Set up was very easy and the coffee maker is great but on the other hand, I’m not sure about the app just yet otherwise I would of given 5 stars. Obviously, more updates are needed to go forward using this app. So I’ve upgraded my Keurig coffee maker and waiting to be able to use the app more efficiently. Hopefully soon.

It is connected to the WiFi but I can’t even log into the app won’t let me sign in. I’ve emailed no response
For 10 months now I've tried to connect my brewer to the Wi-Fi and I've failed every time. I've called the company on four different occasions for service and each time I'm told I'll get a callback within two business days. The problem is they don't call firing reasonable hours when one wouldn't be at work. I went into work late one morning waiting for the call and I never received it. I'm a systems administrator so I am not out of touch with technology and a simple Wi-Fi connection. This has been the most frustrating product I've dealt with in a long time. I wouldn't suggest the brewer to anyone.
Worked fine initially then we got a new combination router/modem and ever since it won’t connect to it. Says invalid something..everything else I own connects fine. Plus it won’t forget our old network, or restore factory settings. But it does still makes coffee! Yay!
Changed my password on the website, can’t login into the app to change my brewers wifi
When I 1st downloaded this app, it had only one function to connect to your WiFi. Now it has grown into a full fledge app! I love all the new features and functionality!!!!
This app has ZERO functionality for the customer. It’s sole purpose is data collection by Keurig.
Despite Keurig technical support, this app will not connect to my wifi because it says invalid password. That is false because that password works for all my cell phones.
It seems there are people missing the point of this app. The reason you have this app is because you have a Keurig brewer that connects to WiFi. The reason they invited you into this customer insights program, and sold you that coffeemaker so cheap, is so they can monitor your coffee consumption and what brands you buy. (SNOOP, people, SNOOP!). Ask not what this Keurig App can do for you— ask what YOU can do for Keurig!
So far so good wifi always reconnects no issue, just hope there will be some features to control the brewer at some point down the line.
You download this app(easy). You expect the app to do something. I mean anything nope does nothing but tells you have a K600. Now that is cool. But now what? Do I really want to keep the app? Or put it in the cloud?
Can't uninstall the app (code is bad and will not complete uninstall no matter how many times I try deleting/resetting), app won't let you add a network by name (I am not broadcasting SSID), brewer won't connect, can't connect app to brewer network if you have a dual band router (must be 2.5ghz ONLY). Oh well, coffee maker works great and I only paid $25. Too bad the app is amateur hour.
Was able to connect with ease. Anxious to see what's to come with the app and community.
Received my new brewer and was able to setup just fine. Can't wait for the app to have more features.
Initially had problems connecting to brewer but issue was quickly resolved. So far so good.
We are connected and ready to go! Hope the app can do something in the future.
So what is this app supposed to do? And what is purpose of connecting to wifi?

App worked fine for the install. I hope there are future plans to have the app control settings on the brewer as well as the ability to order k cups and supplies.
Application is not working. When I put login info it says "error detected". Brewer does not generate any code.
Had a hard time connecting to any of my devices. Tried 2 iPhones and 1 android, finally powered off my iPhone then it works. My question is what the heck is it for? Hopefully the future will be able to control my keurig remotely
Setting up my K600 with the app was easy and straight forward. However, am I alone in thinking that there should be more features and functions with the app besides connecting it to my router?
Set up k600 perfectly But Don't seem to have much use outside of connecting the coffee machine to the router? Are there future plans for this app, i.e: turn machine remotely. If not why not just build the ability to connect to the router via the k600 itself?
Downloaded and worked fine. I do hope one day they have an app you can order from. Also brewer controls would be nice to have. Say I sleep in beyond the auto on and off times I have set up. It'd be nice to turn on the brewer with my phone from my bed. Also if anyone appreciates it, I named mine HAL.
It did not take long to connect to my keurig or connect my keurig to the wifi.
Set up was very easy, it gives you step by step instructions on what you need to do to get started and how to connect to your wifi.
I was able to connect the keurig to my wifi without any problems. It has stayed connected since I received it in may, even after a power outage.
Took only moments to connect my Keurig!
This app downloaded just fine and connected just fine. I thought I had a problem but it turned out to be user error.
It took numerous attempts to get the app to download and now that it finally did, it doesn't work.
Let me brew coffee from my phone 🙌🏼
What is the point of this app??? Why doesn't keurig have an app where you can order more coffee from. Because going on ur website is long and slow.
