We moved to Blythewood in November. People have a lot on their mind before, during, and after moving. This App is so helpful in reminding me when to put out my cans. The crew that comes by here is really friendly, too.

Thank you all for doing what you do. I know how difficult the task is . Know that without you we could not survive. Thank you

I use the app a great. It is great and very helpful.

i really like this app. it’s really helpful because it tells you when there are special sites collecting electrical equipment.

App does help. Your Pick Up Crews are really great too. We moved here in September and the yard wasn’t maintained very well. Completely over grown. We have a large yard too. The crews have been picking up larger piles of trimmings, pine needles (48 yard bags largest collection), tree limbs cut to required lengths and tree stumps cut to size. This isn’t normal. Anyway you get the picture. Your crews have always been friendly. Even very late into the day (6 pm) a couple of times. Make sure to give them thank yous from me. Woodlake resident.

New to the area and I asked my neighbor when the garbage comes. He told me about the app and I have never forgot which day the garbage, recycling, or yard waste was due. I enjoy my notifications.

I appreciate that there is such an app, with notifications and other useful info. Some info on recycling and waste locations are not updated, however...so that’s my only complaint. Otherwise great and simple.

What a convenient way to be reminded which carts need to go to the curb each week and when pickup dates change due to holidays. Thank you.

This app had been a great help for my busy family. It is particularly helpful when holidays intervene and throw the schedule off.

I am glad to have this app and especially with the alerts prior to the arrival of the servicing trucks.

I love this app because not only does it reminder citizens of garbage, yard waste and recycling days, it also tells you how to dispose of certain items in your regular collection or should it be taken to the landfill locations around Richland county. With this app, there is no reason why anyone should dispose of their garbage properly. The information is all here and if not there are numbers listed to call. Great app, continue to improve on it.

Most of the time you pick my garbage up on time. About once a month it will be next day. Only one time you missed entire street. We called Monday and you sent a truck. Friday is our day

Since we go out of town occasionally this app reminds us to put out the recycle ben, otherwise we would miss a pickup!

The app works fine, but recently started displaying a message that the version I am using is out of date. However, no update is available.

I always know when my recycling date is now and I also know when there are special recycling events.

This is the most helpful app the City of Columbia has. Please expand to list of things for recycle bin, things that are acceptable.

I enjoy using the app it keeps me on schedule with the updates and there is useful information that allows me to know how to separate my trash. It is user friendly and very helpful especially since I am new to this county.

This app does exactly what it's supposed to-acting as a reminder for trash and recycling pick-up. I hope the creators will continue to add recyclable and non recyclable examples to the list.

It is free, it is tells me (with an alarm if I choose) which days my garbage route is operating and what they will pick up that day. Especially great around holidays when I wonder how it will affect my collection, and vacations when it is easy to lose track of which week it is for recycling. Super focused app that does what nothing else does so simply.

This app is so simple that it is great! The app makes it ever so convenient to double check what services are available on any given pick up date! Holiday week? When is the pick up date? Check the app. Why are the neighbor's recycle bins out, I thought that was next week? Check the app! Yes! They are wrong, we remembered correctly. Thank you app!
