About a month ago the company changed their format for viewing the paper on line. It has been a disaster. Sometimes you cannot get the on line edition and other times just very hard access. The company should go back to old format. I called the 800 number many times and talked their representative, who is over seas. Very frustrating!!!

Why can’t you fix the freeze problem? I was on the chat site for 4 hours, talked to four reps and I tried all suggestions no results. I was told the didn’t serve safari! What? It’s time to cancel my subscription.

Was working fine, then freezes up and stays frozen. What a joke. Worthless.

I’ve never had an issue with this app on my iPad or iPhone, so if there were performance problems, they’ve fixed them. Very nice to be able to read the paper of my hometown. Enjoy!

Please have your team review this app. After a long time of no issues it now constantly and consistently freezes in the mobile format. As a digital subscriber this makes your virtual product, well, virtually useless. As the print medium is being decimated by the electronic application of your industry I would think this aspect of your evolving business model would be vital to get right for what I presume to be a majority of your PAID subscribers. Yes, let’s please not lose sight that this is a free mobile app that is tied to a PAID subscription. With the presumed necessity to get this right, coupled with your USA Today affiliation I would expect that the resources are available to get this quickly corrected to remain relevant in this increasingly pressured marketplace.

I called and they told me the are having issues with there app. Tied of it not working and think it’s time to cancel.

I downloaded the updated version of the record searchlight e edition but after I put in my user name and password it comes up with a screen that says "breaking news" with an explanation that this page is broken. I pay for the e edition subscription but can't read it with this new edition. Very unhappy. Any help out there?
