本已经通过app买过了几次东西,已经是黄金会员,里边还有累计了大约有十多令吉的回扣积分,哪里知道在双11那天打开app时,突然发现已经被莫名其妙的登出了!再试着重新登入时,连身份也是重头开始,之前累计的积分回扣都不见了!非常差劲!无从投诉! 最近几天还发现,app无法tracking,要用Google搜索引擎才可以打开。。。🤣 2021.12.26 update:已经连续好几天打开app都是空白页。完全看不到东西!即使update过,也remove n reinstall后也是一样问题,打开app就是空白的!其他网购app都OK,就CJ wow shop app时常出状况! ---------- We're sorry to hear about this. 前两次采购体验很满意,但是今天采购三次非常失望。第一payment 成功银行也扣钱但是看不到任何资料。经过打电话处理,就说如果没有资料就等一下,不成功会退钱。我就算了,还是很愿意相信的,就采购了第二次。结果第二次!SHIPPING地址和BILLING地址竟然对转过来了?!一样!cancel了order。再去下单第三次,payment成功,银行扣钱了。资料却没跳出来。是我愚笨或是太善良? ---------- We're sorry to hear about this.
