Weight Crunch, a free fast and lightweight app that’ll help record your weight on a daily basis and showcase your progress elegantly. We spend a lot of time improving the user experience, so keeping track of your weight will be of no hassle to you. The app will calculate your BMI, fat percentage and daily calorie intake/deficit accurately to inform you on your progress. Furthermore, the app will display a clear and easy-to-understand line graph of all your recorded weights, so you can assess your weekly/daily performance. The line graph will also incorporate the desired weight you should cut per day based on the target date you’ve set out.
We’re always working on new features that will interest our users. For example, our newly created barcode scanner can extract nutritional information from any products. Or our daily workout system (no equipment required), where you can schedule and follow our workout routines you can do anywhere at anytime.
Its normal for people to put on weight by consuming more energy than they burn, so ingesting fewer calories, or energy, can help. Be that as it may, other factors play a role, such as metabolism, hormones, the kind of nourishment you eat, your body type, genetic elements and way of life. The fact of the matter is, there is no one solution to permanent healthy weight loss. What works for one person may not work for someone else.
